I was speaking to Jim (from the club) and he told me he had read an article about Buffalo Creek being in the running for PA river of the year. Then Jack was nice enough to email me about it.
I love this stream, the part that passes thru my buddies place and his neighbor is truly near and dear to my heart. I've spent countless days on the stream battling trout and smallmouths. I even floated from Boggsville down to the river in my kayak a 10 mile journey that takes one thru some amazingly remote country. On that float I saw an eagle with a fish in its tallon's resting on a tree limb.
