Youth Events
The Allison Park Sportsmen's Club sponsors two youth fishing events annually.

The first of these is held at Fawcett Fields in Shaler Township. This free event is for children from the age of 2-12. This event is normally held on the opening day of trout season.

Our club stocks the stream with trout. Fishing on the stream is limited to youths only and all Pennsylvania Fish & Boat commission rules apply.

On the 1st Saturday in May the club holds our 2nd youth event the Dan Wagner Memorial Youth Fishing Day at North Park in the pond above the boat house. Registration is held at the Rochester shelter
Youths 2-12 are able to fish and win prizes. We also provide lunch afterwards for both the children and their parents / guardians.
