Eric gave a talk on Arkansas Fly Fishing In The White River and Norfolk River in Arkansas. He described the fihery as being dependent on the bottom release dams for each, and the difficulties involved. The dams purpose was hydroelectric power generation and the difficulties and dangers of fishing in a river where sudden and extreme water levels changes.
