Fawcett Fields Kids Fishing Day 2021
After the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to cancel the 2020 event we were back for 2021 with a modified kids event at Fawcett Fields.
Club members cleaned up the stream earlier in the week and then stocked it with trout for the kids in preparation for opening day.
Turn out was terrific with lots of kids, parents, grandparents, aunts & uncles out enjoying the outdoors.
A cold morning didn't deter us
3-year-old Landon Andreychek, enjoyed catching his first trout, but not handling it.
Landon got over his fear after Ronan landed a rainbow.
