March 2022 - Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro
At our March meeting I presented on my trip to Africa to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. I showed the club my video of the trip to the top of the highest peak in Africa.
Also at the meeting we had a guest Elder Spencer Simon, jr. who spoke about the efforts of Pittsburgh Let's Go Fishing. Their efforts are being supported by a group known as the “Allegheny County Communities And Police Together” led by Officer Risher. This group is made up of community relations officers from about 40 police departments throughout Allegheny County.
