Dear Friends,
As the year comes to a close, I want to extend my warmest wishes to you and your loved ones for a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year.
Taking over for Rich has been both a privilege and a challenge. I’ve worked hard to uphold the high standards he set for the club, and I hope I’ve made him—and you—proud.
This year’s speaker lineup has been outstanding, and I’m thrilled about the exceptional programs we have planned for the remainder of the club year.
Our Christmas party was a fantastic success, with around 60 attendees enjoying delicious food and plenty of holiday cheer. I’ll provide a detailed update at the January meeting, but I’m delighted to share that we exceeded our financial goals for the event. This success was due in large part to the incredible group of volunteers who worked tirelessly to make the evening memorable.
Reflecting on the year, I’m reminded of one of my primary goals: increasing member involvement. While the Christmas party wasn’t the first thing I envisioned when setting that goal, it turned out to be a wonderful way to bring people together and foster engagement.
As we step into 2025, I’m excited about what lies ahead. Together, we can achieve the goals we’ve set:
1. Ensure the club’s financial stability
2. Continue growing our membership
3. Expand our community involvement
4. Increase member participation
