After getting weathered out at Port Clinton in June, I got to go out with Lucky Penny Charters on Lake Erie with my brother-in-law Jim and his buds from the Goodwill Hunting and Fishing Club. We limited out on both days by 9:30 am, started around 6. Walleyes were all nice size with largest about 7lbs. Came home with about 11lbs ea. of nice fillets. Looked like most charters at the Dobbins Landing dock on State St had their limits early. One charter got a steelhead.
Safe travels to all. Going to try to catch the white fly hatch on Yellow Breeches in a few weeks. Hope to have something to report.
